About us:
Our company is dedicated on supplying you the parts you need to get your ride running great and looking great. Our shop has around 20 years of experience in the retail, installation and wholesale of automotive accessories. Our business has evolved over the years (since 1999): from imports, muscle cars and hot rods. Now we have grown into our distribution warehouse business - specializing in truck accessories. Our staff is experienced and knowledgeable in the automotive industry, so you can buy with confidence.

How long does it take to receive my order?
It can take 2-3 business days for us to process your order. Once order process is complete, you will receive a tracking #. We use Fedex ground and UPS ground to ship all our order. Transit usually takes 3-5 business days.

Do you have a physical location or are you a website only?
Great question, we have a physical warehouse where local customers can actually pick up their orders without shipping. We are located in Houston TX. Our warehouse is not open to the public, but if you would like to pick up your order instead of shipping, contact us and we will provide you our warehouse address.

Do you charge sales tax?
Only if you are located in the state of Texas.

Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to these locations since we use fedex/ups ground. Due to the size and weight of our products, shipping rates are extremely high for these locations. Therefore, we cannot ship outside of the lower 48 states at the present time.

If i am not satisfied with my order, can I return item for a refund?
Absolutely! Our goal is our customer's satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, simply repackage item, contact us for an RMA #, and have item shipped back to us. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect return, 100% of the purchase price will be refunded.
